Every package is priced per event. After you send your date we set up a free consultation to talk through guest count, hours, setup and any extras, then send a quote built around that.
We are based in Pittsburgh and regularly serve the surrounding region. Send us your venue and we will confirm travel for your location.
We provide the bar, bartenders, tools and menu design. You purchase the alcohol — and we give you a shopping list with exact quantities so nothing is wasted.
The trailer needs level ground and clear towing access. If your venue is tight, the pop-up tabletop bar covers the same service in a much smaller footprint.
Popular dates go early, especially in wedding season. As soon as you have a date, send it over and we will hold a consultation slot.
